Elderly Pressworks is a workshop dedicated to the rescue, preservation, restoration, and placement of vintage letterpresses. Here you’ll find restored presses for sale as they’re completed, project presses available as-is for adoption, and photos of past projects. I specialize in high quality sympathetic restoration work that preserves the character and patina of these wonderful machines while returning them to optimal mechanical functionality. My goal is for each press to leave the shop ready for a new home, whether as a collectible display piece or to be put back into action for another hundred years of printing.
